E-commerce Executive (Shopee / Tokopedia/ Tiktok) di Talent Search Recruitment Consultant
DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
A Korean skincare brand is looking to set up a local team in Indonesia. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth.
Location: Jakarta (Hybrid work arrangement)
Responsibilities :
● Manage and optimize the brand’s presence on e-marketplace (Shopee & Tokopedia),Tiktok and other e-tail platforms to drive revenue growth
● Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales conversion
● Manage Shopee and Tiktok Ads to achieve target ROAS and revenue KPIs
● Brief and review creative assets for marketing campaigns, end-to-end implementation of product set-up and campaigns on e-marketplace and e-tail platforms
● Optimize product listings and pricing strategies
● Design weekly and monthly sales and promo calendars, manage end-to-end implementation of sales and promos plans and provide regular sales and promos reporting
● Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
● Liaise with distribution centers on order-related issues and planning
● Manage customer services to ensure that customer experience is optimized
Requirements
● Bachelor degree from a reputable university
● Fluent in spoken and written English
● Min of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, prior experience managing Tiktok Shop is a must
● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics
● Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret and use the data to build results-driven platforms
● Previous working experience with beauty and skincare brands preferred
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit
