Qualifications & experience
- Design skills and knowledge, including materials’ application and ergonomic design.
Having capacity to produce design concept and development.
Ability to come up with new ways of doing things (creative and thinking out of the box). - Passionate and strong conceptual in design thinking, sense or art, and good in space planning.
- Mature & excellent communication / interpersonal skills with team, customer or on the site.
Having a critical thinking and confidently in communicating ideas.
Demonstrate skills to work independently in a project as well as part of a team.
Good personality and attitude. - Quality and initiative minded to achieve all required and deliverables.
To be thorough and attention to details.
Able to work under tight schedule and under-pressure. - Candidate at least Bachelor degree in Interior design or Architecture.
Having experiences as interior designer at minimum 2-3 years.
Involving in architectural design project is a plus point on top of interior design project. - Proficiency in: Design concept, AutoCAD and Sketchup, 3ds Max.
- Willing to work at Kebayoran Baru area and travelling to visit project within Jabodetabek area.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handling client projects (meet and discuss regarding project scope and time schedule)
- Create design concept and space planning
- Preparing preliminary plans for initial meeting
- Produce and present high quality design proposal with great detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
- Responsible for all and any other tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design, including technical drawings as necessary
- Update and upgrade knowledge with the latest technology in the industry
- Answer queries and follow up on design changes.
