DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan. Ensure that strategic goals and objectives are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
  2. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments based on market changes.
  3. Financial Analysis: Assess the financial implications of strategic decisions. Develop financial models, projections, and business cases to support strategic initiatives. Ensure that strategic plans are financially sustainable.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO, CSO, and department heads, to gather input, build consensus, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization.
  5. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives. Regularly review and report on performance against strategic goals.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives. Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative impacts on the organization’s goals.
  7. Resource Allocation: Work with department heads to allocate resources (human, financial, and technological) to support the execution of strategic initiatives. Ensure resource allocation is aligned with strategic priorities.
  8. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, or M&A opportunities that can enhance the organization’s strategic position.
  9. Communication: Effectively communicate the strategic plan to all levels of the organization. Ensure that employees understand their roles in achieving strategic objectives.
  10. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and the development of new strategic ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
