DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

  • Identifying the current and future competency requirements
  • Carrying out competency assessments across the organization
  • Conducting development (including training) need analysis and managing budgeting process
  • Implementing learning and development strategies in according to approved plan
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
  • Managing learning management system and evaluation
  • Develop curriculum and make learning impact measurement
  • Delivering Training Materials to the participants

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma Degree in Training & Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in learning and development area at least 2 years 
  • Able to designing competency based development program, managing learning management system, managing training and other development program, training modules development
  • Personality needed : adaptive, agile, high self motivation, confidence and passionate in learning and development including being internal trainer, technology savvy
  • Good planning, organizing and analytic skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Having proven track records in delivering training or learning development program
  • Ability to work in dynamic team environment
