DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Description:

As Account Executive (Food Ingredients) you will be the primary contact between us and customers. You will be involved from the start of customers development with the objective to build strong business relationship with customers.

You are required to identify customer’s food ingredients need and introduce our products and new ingredients solution to them. This may involve arranging technical discussion, contract negotiation, until ensuring product delivery to customers. You will be required to travel and meet customers to conduct technical and business discussion.

Requirements:

• Negotiation skills: You must be adept at handling concerns and negotiating with clients to maintain relationships.
• Sales skills: You must be able to prospect for new customers while continuing the sales process with existing clients.
• Project management skills: You may have multiple accounts to manage, so you need to manage the progress of the projects.
• Interpersonal skills: You must have excellent people skills and able to work with various internal departments and customers.
• Analytical skills: Together with your Manager, you are expected to analyze customer’s and industry’s data.
