    5-day work week
    Basic Salary + Incentives based on Sales Target

Responsibilities:

  • Handle online platforms Shopee/lazada/tiktok
  • Submit marketplace campaigns, product uploads and ad management
  • Stock management, sales campaign planning and execution
  • Handle online platforms live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, comments, complaints and others related to the company’s products.
  • Handle online order processing and issue sales invoice.
  • Follow up customer payment, complaints and return issues.
  • Assist in stock count and process internal stock transfer among stores.
  • Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing and stock quantity is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Improve customer experience by supporting with high accuracy and promptly reply.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation, including order fulfilment and logistics coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
  2. Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  3. University graduate, preferably in Marketing / Communication / Business fields.
  4. Knowledge of or experience in digital marketing channels.
  5. Good PROBLEM-SOLVING skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  6. PASSIONATE, READY FOR CHALLENGE
  7. Excellent English & Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal & written).
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
