Job Title: Ecommerce Admin (Tokopedia) – PS Enterprise, Mangga Dua
Job Description:
PS Enterprise, based in Mangga Dua, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Admin to manage our presence on the Tokopedia platform. As an Ecommerce Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our Tokopedia store, including product listing management, inventory control, order processing, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Create and optimize product listings on the Tokopedia platform for PS Enterprise, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
– Process customer orders efficiently, including order confirmation, tracking, and addressing any order-related issues.
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints.
– Stay updated with Tokopedia’s policies, features, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of our store.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
– Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
– Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and promotions on Tokopedia.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Ecommerce Admin, with specific experience on the Tokopedia platform.
– Strong familiarity with ecommerce operations, including product listing management, inventory control, and order processing.
– Proficient in using Tokopedia’s seller dashboard and other relevant tools.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to perform price checks, analyze data, and manage product information.
– Basic photo editing skills to enhance product photos for better visual appeal and customer engagement.
– Familiarity with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to resize, crop, retouch, and optimize product images.
– Knowledge of product pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and the ability to conduct market research to optimize pricing on Tokopedia.
– Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize product listings for better visibility and search rankings.
– Familiarity with online marketing strategies, including social media marketing and online advertising, to drive traffic and increase sales.
– Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
– Strong organizational skills to manage product catalogs, track inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking.
– Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience in providing exceptional customer support via various channels (e.g., chat, email, phone).
– Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, features, and policies related to the Tokopedia platform and ecommerce industry in general.
