Responsibilities:
– Support the Head of Kitchen in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
– Oversee food preparation, serving and storage.
– Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to set standards and recipes.
– Responsible for the consistency and quality of the final product.
– Mentor and empower chefs and kitchen staff.
– Manage work schedules, tasks, and training.
– Participate in the planning and procurement of raw materials.
– Ensure that raw material stock is always sufficient.
– Conduct quality checks on all dishes before serving.
– Respond to feedback and make improvements where necessary.
Requirements :
– Have experience in the position applied for
– good in English communication
– Have a good grooming & Attitude
– Hard working and ready to be deployed in Canggu area
