DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan. Ensure that strategic goals and objectives are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments based on market changes.
- Financial Analysis: Assess the financial implications of strategic decisions. Develop financial models, projections, and business cases to support strategic initiatives. Ensure that strategic plans are financially sustainable.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO, CSO, and department heads, to gather input, build consensus, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives. Regularly review and report on performance against strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives. Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative impacts on the organization’s goals.
- Resource Allocation: Work with department heads to allocate resources (human, financial, and technological) to support the execution of strategic initiatives. Ensure resource allocation is aligned with strategic priorities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, or M&A opportunities that can enhance the organization’s strategic position.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the strategic plan to all levels of the organization. Ensure that employees understand their roles in achieving strategic objectives.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and the development of new strategic ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
