Qualifications
– Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities
– Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
– Push and manage sales
– Recruit, Training and Drive development of employees
– Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Retail store management
– Manage and develop Human Resources strategic strategies, programs and processes and maintain full strategic responsibility to align with business direction and goals
-Manage labour issues, people development and perform advisory role.
-Handle critical issues related to recruitment, employee relation and employment engagement
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor Degree with Management/Psychology major
– Credentials (Hands On experience) in OD, Culture, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Reward, People Engagement, Employment Law and HR Administration
– Ability to work in a fast-paced high pressure working culture.
– Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
– Demonstrated leadership skills in not only managing HR team but also change driver across the organization.
– Proven strategic thinking and commercial acumen to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
