DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, develop strategic sales plans, and drive the acquisition of new business through effective sales strategies.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competition, conducting market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and contribute to sustainable growth.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition and satisfaction.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the sales team and adjust strategies as needed.
  9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive management, providing insights on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  10. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of Leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
