JUNIOR PRODUCTION

Task :

• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, transportation, and scheduling
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
• Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts to stay within financial constraints
• Oversee event set-up and tear-down, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place and meet quality standards
• Coordinate staffing needs, including hiring and managing event staff, volunteers, and security personnel
• Develop and implement event timelines and production schedules to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events, making quick decisions to resolve problems and minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to publicize events and attract attendees
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event production to enhance future events

Qualification, Requirement & Competencies :

• University Graduates (Min. S1) with 1-2 years of experience (Fresh graduated welcome)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to multitask with minimal direction, have a sense of urgency for incident resolution, good communication and be a great team player
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work on irregular hours and during weekends/publics holidays
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta area
