A.    Job Description

1.      Manage project logistics work for the company

2.      Support BD/ Commercial team for the required costing for proposal to clients

3.      Respond to clients inquiries including providing quotes

4.      Manage cost budget and aim for efficiency to maximize profit

5.      Ensure to manage, finding, evaluate vendors, and reports timely submitted

6.      Ensure ISO implementation and documentation on each jobs & HSE

7.      Develop the operation team to support the business growth of the company

B.     Job Qualification (Skillsets)

1.     Minimum S1 /S2

2.     English must be fluent

3.     Ms. Office & Power Points

4.     Good knowledge / understanding of heavy cargo handling/ shipment, Indonesia customs, domestic and international freights

5.     Negotiation & Communication Skills
