SUBSIDIARY FOR PT. STAR MAJU SENTOSA

 

Responsibility :

• Monitor and participate directly in all operational activities at the head office and branches / stores
• Responsible for the recruitment process
• Manage all activities related to General Service/General Affair at Head Office and Branch/store
• Coordinate the provision of supporting equipment for operational activities
• Manage staff in terms of division of labor, tasks, work schedules, employment issues, and discipline of work regulations
• Follow up employees who violate company regulations
• Coordination with vendors regarding their job responsibilities
• Provide attendance data, update BPJS employees and coordinate with branches regarding HRGA needs
• Provide weekly and monthly work reports
• 6 Days of work, 1 Day off 

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years relevant work experience in HR at Supervisor level in Retail Company
• Good Knowledge and Understanding in the field of Employment Law
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have previous experience in handling recruitment, training and development.
• Flexible and Adaptable
• Detail and likes administrative work and can operate computer well
• Have good communication skills and good analytical thinking
• Willing to place at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
