Job Qualification

 

• Formal education at least S1 Law, economy
• Have a minimum of 3 years experienced as HR Manager
• Have leadership, Managerial, Problem Solving, Decision Maker
• Understanding labor Laws and their application
• Understand job analysis, job appraisal, and performance appraisal
• Kind, pleasant and effective communicator, willing to serve people at all levels in the organization
• Working knowledge of human resources principles, procedures and activities
• Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, function and activities
• Well-developed business ethics and ability to maintain a high level of discretion

 

Job Description:

 

• Prepare and evaluate all legal agreements
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Handling legal matters of company business project
