Responsibilities:

  • Responsible  for the recruitment and selection process
  • HR Administration –  contracts preparations and etc 
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager for at least 3 years (in hotel, hospitality, real estate areas)
  • Excellent in English (Verbal & Non-verbal) and Bahasa
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Office work located at Kuta
