About the Position

Job Description

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communicate project goals and objectives to the project team and stakeholders.
• Budget Management:
  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
• Quality Assurance:
