Requirements

  1.  Having work experience in the beauty brand, skincare, and manufacture would be an advantage
  2. Strong knowledge and passion in cosmetics and make up
  3. Understand product planning, implementation, research and development
  4. Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development

Responsibilities 

  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine a new product
  2. Create and execute a project timeline for NPD launch
  3. Create and execute a new product launching strategy
  4. Collaborate with manufacturer to create a new, safe and innovative products based on BPOM regulations
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams for product pricing, marketing strategy and product positioning 
  6. Analyse and understand customer feedback and concerns, or unmet needs about the products to provide a report
