DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Export Import Company.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work under pressure, organized and detail-oriented.
- Fast learner and able to work in a team.
- True integrity, reliable and pro-active.
Job Scopes:
- Responding to customer’s shipping inquiries.
- Preparing shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HS Code, AWB, etc).
- Handling air/sea freight bookings and coordinations across international shipping vendors, especially from Singapore.
- Keeping customers updated of their shipments from origin to final destination.
- And other related administrative tasks.
Office Hour: 09.00-17.00 (Monday-Saturday).
Location: Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang.
