PT Advangram Engineering Indonesia is looking for a Business Analyst for its Jakarta Operations. Following are the Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and goals.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor key performance indicators.
Uncover insights from data to drive actionable recommendations.
Demonstration of the end products/applications to potential users.
Identification of the goals for each Sprint and Managing Road Map for the features development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the computer software industry.
Proven experience of developing technical documents such as SRS, Work breakdown structure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented and highly organized
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies shall be highly preferred.
