DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Coordinate with Production Manager/supervisor and perform all general duties as required.
- Perform all work according to work orders
- Work on the production line and meeting production targets
- consult with labour to give them attention and build positive culture working place to increase productivity
- Perform administrative and general office duties including daily documentation, receipt & filing
- Monitor operators of production daily
- report to director for any problem in factory
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must have at least a S1 human resources, or equivalent
- 3 years of work experience in intensive labor industry
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
- Willing to pay hard work with good attitude
- Can work independently, and able to work in a team
- Possess own transportation
- Willing to work overtime/during the weekend
- Willing to accept employment on a contract basis
