The position requires the ability to execute projects both independently and in conjunction with other consultants. It also requires skills to implement high-quality technical solutions based on ITSM & ITAM industry best-practices, complex business and technical requirements.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform new implementation, support, upgrades, training and technical documentation to the customer using IVANTI Software (ITSM / ITAM) and Endpoint Manager Solution
  • Perform POC and presentation for customer
  • Continually build and maintain your own technical expertise to support customers and self-develop

Qualifications :

  • Advanced skill in configuration, customization and delivering full cycle ITSM / ITAM implementation using IVANTI Software (Ivanti Service Manager) is beneficial
  • Having experiences minimum 3 years in ITSM / ITAM implementation project is beneficial
  • Having experiences in implementing IVANTI Endpoint Manager is beneficial
  • Certified in ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 is plus
  • Certified one/more of solution: IVANTI, LANDESK, BMC Remedy, Service Now, SCCM, BigFix are plus
  • Deep knowledge in Endpoint Management, IT Service Management, and IT Asset Management solutions
  • Deep knowledge ITIL / ITSM and ITAM concept
  • Strong skill in Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, IIS and SSL
  • Strong skill in Database technology: SQL Server, SSRS, Trigger and Store Procedure
  • Preferably Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
  • Having good communication skill, analytical thinking, and team work
  • Able to work under pressure and dateline oriented
  • Self-motivated to develop technically
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Mid & Senior positions are available
  • Fresh graduate with relevant skills is encouraged to apply for Junior Role
