– Female/Male, maximum 28 years old, minimum bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design with minimum GPA 3.00
– Minimum 1 year work experience in the same position and has background in digital agency and/or beauty industry is a plus
– Master Adobe Family softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, etc.), CapCut, and other 3D editing softwares
– Have good skills in photography, videography, and copywriting
– Create aesthetic graphic design for social medias (feeds, animations, videos and stories), marketplace, magazine, events, website, etc. within set deadlines
– Able to use Meta Business Suite/Hootsuite/etc. are plus
– Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries on various platforms
– Use analytics tools to track content performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
– Initiate A/B testing to gain insights into which content works effectively
– Research and keep up to date with beauty trends (products, feeds, animations, videos, stories, trending sounds, etc.)
– Creative, versatile, not oversensitive, fun, fast response, and respectful
– Can collab with other members, teams, and parties
– Able to be in frame if needed and assist in developing social media campaigns and monthly content plan as well as managing KOLs and online marketplace
– Beauty enthusiast and Mandarin speaker are plus
– Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
