Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python. Experience with Django or Flask is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with real-time data processing and asynchronous programming
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in implementing security best practices and data protection protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure backend applications for our EV charging network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and IoT devices
- Implement real-time data processing solutions for managing the status and analytics of EV chargers
- Ensure robust security practices in all development stages
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our microservices architecture
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality code
