SENIOR ACCOUNTING
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support the accounting manager to develop financial reports
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and P&L statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Adopt proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Follow, respect and help enhance the company’s mission, vision and values
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maximal age 35 year (s) old
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or Finance
- Minimum GPA 3.0 from a reputable university
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting/ finance role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot, v-lookups, macros), proficient in other MS Office
- Experience working with Accounting or ERP software (e.g. SAP, NAV, Accurate)
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team setting
