Job Responsibilities :

• Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market
• Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product development, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target
• Responsible market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the brand product
• Analyze market data and sales trends to set up an annual budget for revenue, expenditures, and profitability
• Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation.
• Follow Brand(s) and Competitors’ Performances

 

Requirements :

• Experience as Brand Manager, preferably in the fashion industry
• Skills in market segmentation techniques and consumer behavior analysis
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
• Understanding of global fashion trends to ensure brand relevancy in multiple markets
• Have a good handle on consumer and market insight, including the ability to analyze market data
• Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
