Job Descriptions :

• Conducting strategic functions in applying Engineering principles and techniques to manage the machinery and equipment aspects of Products Integrity process, including process of : Packing Development/ Die Making, Prepress, Engineering Planning;
• Managing and deciding on the equipment conception plan based on the required specifications of the products, and to set up production lines for New Products also ensuring production capacity by managing equipment decommissioning and new installations;
• Managing for the any updated and latest technology developments applicable for the printing manufacturing as well as maintaining a network equipment vendors to service the Organization’s technological/ innovations needs;
• Establishing for the requirements of specifications for facilities : Based on the  required specifications for facilities and equipment are formulated;
• Controlling and overseeing for the facility drawings, including checking the mechanical drawings and electrical drawings of the facilities and equipment before production;
• Overseeing for Engineering work including work systems, standards, tools and equipment, machines maintenance plan in order to increasing efficiency in Production lines;
• Leading and managing the daily operations of the process Engineering team, and overview for all KPIs;
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

  Requirements :
   

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Engineering/ Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalents;
• Age of Maximum 40 years old;
• At least 10 years of working experience as Engineering Management/ Compliances Assistant Manager, or 5 years of working experience as Production Engineering or Production Integrity Manager;
• Knowledge of CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo) and Microsoft Projects in Design, drafting and prototyping as it is related to Electrical/ Electronic Component, Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma concepts and implementations;
• Preferable Manager specialized in Compliance and Internal Audits in manufacture experiences;
• Ability in communication effectively at all levels, including to Stakeholders 
• Hands-on knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing technique, Problems solving oriented, keen attention to details, able to work effectively to meet and establish goals & objectives, also in working in detail-oriented;
• Able to join Immediately
