Role and Responsibility
- Develop sales strategy for the assigned Brands with Principle achieve sales goal.
- Set sales target by Account / by Store and coordinate sales action plans with respective Sales Leader
- Generate timely sales report
- Oversee the activities and performance as set and monitor the achievement of sales objectives
- Develop promotional ideas and liaise with Supplier/Principle with regards to the support
- Prepare budget-monthly/quarterly and annual sales revenue
- Analysis data to identify sales opportunities
- Provide feedback, support and corrective actions to ensure plans are well executed
- Maintain inventory control
- Cultivate effective business relationship with executive decision makers in Key Accounts
Education, Qualification and Experience
- Business degree or related professional qualification
- Experience in all aspect of planning and implementing sales strategy
- Technical sales skills
- Experience in managing and directing sales team
- Relevant product and industry knowledge (FMCG)
- Experience with relevant applications
