Job Descriptions:
- Audit quality and review performance of Nurses
- Liaise and coordinate with Home Care Doctors and Clinic Doctors
- Help to organize Home Care Doctor Schedules
- Create productivity report
- Create costing and usage report
Requirements:
- Have at least Diploma 3 Nurse
- Have an experience in supervising roles
- Have an operational field experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Nurse & Regulatory
- Have a good communication skill, pro-active & detail-oriented
- Agile, able to work on shifts (weekends included)
